Life's a beach!!

I love Artist trading cards, and I had a little go with rubber stamping on them a few months ago. I decided last night to have a go at another one, this time doing a collage, It's the 1st piece of collage work I've done and I've had these images a while just didn't know what to do with them.

I got my little black ATC I hate plain white paper and card so the St thing i did was cover the whole thing with Tim Holtz antique linen distress ink. Once all the card was covered I went over the edges with Tim Holtz walnut stain. I don't use a blending tool for this i use make up sponges, I picked up a bag of 30 wedge shaped sponges for £1 a while back and I'm still using them now. the images I have used are from  if you like working with these collage sheets then head over to her site some really great pieces on there! Once I had cut out the images and wording I wanted to use I just layered them up and stuck them on. Once it was all dry I just blended over it with the antique linen ink again.

There will probably be a few more of these cards appearing on here over the next week or so.

Until next time, Happy Crafting!!
