Family mini

I have made this mini album for my Aunt and Uncle for Christmas. I never know what to buy people and as my Aunt is crafty too I thought they might like it. I've used Laura Ashley and my minds eye papers to make this along with some stamps, tags and flowers.

Over to you!

As I don't really have a style as such, I just go with what I feel like doing at the moment I thought ti might be a nice idea to hand it over to you! There is a poll just to the right with a few suggestions of a project I could do, all you have to do is click on the one you would like to see and when voting is over I will make a project including a video and tutorial on how I am making it for the winning theme.
Looking forward to finding out what I will be making!

All aboard

Just a quick post tonight with another card I was asked to make. This one I printed the image out twice so I could layer it, I then stuck it to some cream card stock to make an easel card.

Disney cars

I was asked to make a birthday card using a Disney cars theme. Straight away I could see how I wanted the finished card to look and couldn't wait to get started on it. I managed to get a template for a model of lightening McQueen from this web site It took me a while to get it all cut out and stuck together but there was definitely some child like fun to it.
Once the car was finished I set it aside and went in search for the other images I wanted. The piece I used for the back drop was perfect because I was able to Put my own words over the banner to personalize the card. The base I used just a simple photo of a road. I stuck the back drop to a piece of card stock and cut around it leaving 2 tabs at the bottom to hold it to the base.
For the base I made a stand the same was as you'd box a box base or lid, I then added a piece of red ribbon all around it and stuck on the road image…

Venetian Class

I really love the Debbi moore cd's and magazines, for anyone that hasn't had a look at her products head over to it's really worth taking a look at. The 2 projects I have got to show today are using the papers from the magazine as my printer ink ran out lol. The are both pretty simple cards, classy colours and not a great deal on either of them.

who'd have gnome!

I brought these lovely gnomes from eBay, they are from kanban so you just know they are great quality. The mushrooms and flowers also came from the same set. The background of the canvas has been covered with Tim Holtz distress stain in fired brick and broken china. I have stuck a piece of ribbon on the bottom that I picked up at the craft fair at the weekend, I just can't do a project without some ribbon in it lol. Once everything was stuck down I covered it all with mod podge to seal it all in.

Craft fair goodies

I went to the craft fair at the NEC on Sunday and got some great bargains and I wanted to share them with you . As you can see lots of ribbons! :D I picked up a few things that I had liked the look of and a few things i really needed like the cricut mats.
