Tuesday Alchemy Challenge #24: Very Vintage

Hello Lovelies!! this week over At Tuesday Alchemy we have got a fabulous challenge for you to join in with this week..

We want you to create something that looks vintage!

So get that lace and distress ink out and craft away :D

Our wonderful sponsor this week is Flonz http://www.flonzcraft.com/ They are giving our lucky winner £20 to spend in their store!!

I had so much fun this week making my piece for the challenge. I have made a wall hanging wreathe. I will be posting a tutorial on how I made this a little later today as it's school holidays here now my time is being taken up with the boys :)

I have made the wreathe with burlap and I also made the big flower with burlap before putting some lace around it. the small roses are from my stash and the other flowers I made with some material from my stash

The stamp is from Flonz and it is just gorgeous! I stamped it onto some cream patterned paper with Walnut stain distress ink

So now you've seen what I've made this week it's your turn! Head over to http://tuesdayalchemy.blogspot.co.uk/

look forward to seeing you there!!

Under the sea

I felt the need to get messy today and all the other projects I am working on are in different stages and all drying so I started something new, I wanted something that I could start and finish in one sitting. I decided on this mixed media banner. I have used various ephemera that I had which matched the under the sea theme and then I stamped up one of the stamps from Smeared Ink's Abyss rubber set. She has been coloured in with spectrum noir markers.
