Smudgy Antics Challenge TIC-TAC-TOE

I have been lucky enough to have been asked to be Guest DT this month for smeared and smudged and smudgy antics.

This weeks challenge at Smudgy Antics is  TIC-TAC-TOE

I went with the top line using metal, paint and ribbon to make my piece.

I have used an old tin can to make a flower pot. I cleaned out the pot and then painted it with a mix of brown yellow and copper acrylic paints. when that was dry I stuck some material over the top of the tin to prevent me from getting cut on it. the image I used on it is the smeared ink image Child Fae. I coloured this is promarkers and hot glued it to the front of the tin. I finished it off with the ribbon and bow at the bottom.

I am entering this into the following challenges

Fabulous creation! It is so magical! The fae goes perfectly with your plant and ribbon and you found a great way to upcycle something that would normally get thrown in the trash. You are one creative and talented lady!
Shell this is just too wonderful. Love the colour you chose - really good choice against the green of a plant. love it xxxxxxxxx
